Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please allow one to two weeks for manufacturing, and delivery of custom nose orders. Flat Matte Red, Flesh Tone, Gumdrop Glitter, and Glossy Glaze Glitter noses are considered custom noses. Of course, if the nose you ordered is in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible. Imperfections may vary due to handmade production but do not affect wearability.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. If that applies, we’ll contact you directly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days in the U.S.

Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and most international destinations.
International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking info shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Due to the hygienic nature of clown noses and makeup, used or opened items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.
