Lightweight, latex free, foam padding inside to help the glue stick better to your skin. Our noses can be adhered to skin with our ProKnows Adhesive, Mehron Liquid Latex, ProKnows Super Stick Tape, ProKnows String Kits, or Osto-Bond medical adhesive.

To customize the fit use a small rotary tool (like a Dremel) to shave out more room inside of the nose.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please allow one to two weeks for manufacturing, and delivery of custom nose orders. Flat Matte Red, Flesh Tone, Gumdrop Glitter, and Glossy Glaze Glitter noses are considered custom noses. Of course, if the nose you ordered is in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible. Imperfections may vary due to handmade production but do not affect wearability.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. If that applies, we’ll contact you directly.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Due to the hygienic nature of clown noses and makeup, used or opened items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

To start a return, please email us at Info@proknows.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.
