What makes ProKNOWS® noses different?

ProKNOWS® noses are patented and designed with a cushioned foam interior for a lightweight, form-fitting, and secure fit. They’re built for professionals who need all-day comfort and durability.
Do you offer custom colors?

Yes! We offer custom color options for Glossy and Flat Matte finishes. If you'd like a color not listed, select “Custom Color” during checkout and enter your desired shade in the provided text box. We offer 22 color options for Glossy Glitter and Gumdop Glitter.
Which finishes offer color options?

Four of our five finishes—Glossy, Flat Matte, Soft Matte, Glossy Glitter and Gumdrop Glitter—come with multiple color choices. Only Glossy and Flat Matte offer additional custom color options.
How do I apply a ProKNOWS® nose?

We recommend using ProKNOWS® Adhesive Strips or ProKNOWS® Super Stick Tape for best results. These adhesives are designed to work with our unique cushioned foam interior. Do not use Spirit Gum, as it is not compatible with our noses.
How do I clean my ProKNOWS® nose?

Clean gently with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners, as they may damage the finish or foam interior.
Can I use Spirit Gum with ProKNOWS® noses?

No. Spirit Gum is not compatible with our cushioned foam interior. We recommend our ProKNOWS® Adhesive Strips or Super Stick Tape for a safe and secure fit.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary based on location.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days. International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days. Please allow one to two weeks for manufacturing, and delivery of custom nose orders. Flat Matte Red, Flesh Tone, Gumdrop Glitter, and Glossy Glaze Glitter noses are considered custom noses. Of course, if the nose you ordered is in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my nose?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. I’m a Santa—do you have products for me?

Yes! We carry a selection of Santa accessories, including belt buckles, white hair color, crepe wool for beards, spirit gum, and more.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

How do I start a return?
